Description: The kit contains all required parts for repair of the upper and lower door hinges to regain the original structural integrity. The advantage to this kit is that you do not have to remove the old hinges or adjust door alignment. All you need to do is remove the old worn pins and bushings and install the kit (typically no more than a two hour job). Each kit will repair one ThirdGen (1982-92) F-Body door. These same kits will repair the upper and lower hinges of 1993-2002 F-Body. Two kits are required to repair the upper and lower hinges of a 4th Gen F-Body door.

Kit Contents: (2) Shouldered machined 4041 steel pins, electoless nickel plated for improved lubricity and corrosion protection. The pins have grease nipples and grease fitting covers, (2) Machined Phosphor Bronze flanged bushings, (2) Aerospace 12 point high tensile nuts, 0.5ml tube of Loctite 271 bearing retaining adhesive, 6" strip of special abrasive, lower hinge pin and bushings, instructions.
